companys telecommunications and consumer electronics products are available in
international markets, many marketed under IDTs Oregon Scientific brand.
With ISO 9000 certification, the company maintains over 900,000 square feet of
manufacturing facilities employing more than 12,000 people in Xixian, just north of the
Shenzen Economic Zone in the Peoples Republic of China.
As a leading electronics manufacturer, the company is a supplier to some of the
worlds leading corporations with a diverse range of finished products and electronic
assemblies. IDT has developed design and manufacturing partnerships with many of the
leading suppliers in North America of cordless telephones and pagers, databank organizers
and handheld computers, weather forecasting and wireless environmental monitoring
