Lurch Dyskus Cutter

Easy grip handle. Food moves in a single circular direction. Different cutting patterns can be achieved by changing the position of the blades. Cuts cubes, strips, slices, waves, lattices and diamonds. Cubes or lattices can be cut in a single revolution. For added safety there is a blade cover and secure food holder. Includes attractive bowl and 8 blades. Cutter can be used on any bowl with a 9 inch to 11 inch diameter. Manual cleaning recommended.

Working in a circular plane

As opposed to conventional equipment, with the DYSKUS®CUTTER you work with a flowing, circular motion. You guide the food you want to slice over the knife shafts arranged at a 90° or 135° angle. Depending on the choice and combination of the knives used, you will slice either, e.g. cubes, lattices or rhomboids.
